Interactive features such as the “Quick deal check” are provided for convenience only. Their results are not a pre-qualification, pre-approval, or credit decision, and do not reflect a review of your credit, property, or finances.

Deals and loan applications are submitted through our separate borrower portal at app.aecapitalpartners.com. Your use of the portal is governed by the terms and policies presented there.

You agree that information you send us through the Site is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information through the contact form.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
• Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
• Send spam or automated submissions through the Site's forms.
