Confirm Your Closing Date
Make sure your closing date is accurate and in line with the closing timelines listed in our FAQ.
Rehab and bridge loans: 10 business days for new clients, 5–7 for repeat clients. Rental loans: about 4 weeks.

Our team responds within 24 hours to clients who submit a deal directly through the portal.
